What data we process

When you send a request or message us: name, email address, optionally phone number, your order details (product, quantity, wishes, date), uploaded reference photos and the message history.

When you sign in with an email link: your email address and technical session data, so you can see your own messages and requests.

We record payments made in cash or by TWINT at pickup (amount, date, method). There is no online payment on this site.

Why

To answer your request, prepare a quote, prepare the order, arrange pickup and record payment. We do not use your data for advertising without your consent.

Service providers
